Executive Committee

Pastor Herman BUDIGIRI is the Executive Director of ADEPR Church. Herman holds an MBA in International Business from Cardiff Metropolitan University delivered in LSC London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, and Political Science. While in London, he worked as Operations Officer in Resource Group London before moving back to Rwanda in October 2013. He has over 16 years of experience acquired in the banking sector focusing on business and investment management, budgeting, leadership, capacity building, people management, monitoring, and evaluation. He served in BPR Plc and Bank of Kigali as Branch Manager and Manager of former BRD Commercial Bank. Reference on Care Taker Committee served for one year, he facilitated to drive required reforms and established a capable Faith Based Organization fit for the Mandate of ADEPR Church whereas the lead executive was driving financial, administrative, and human resource reforms required in the church. Prior to business experience gained as a banker, he used to develop strategy implementation and targets achievement from translating objectives into actionable plans and provided leadership development for staff in order to be able to work in teamwork, results-oriented, budget guidance, and patty-cash implementation following policy and procedures.
